Yes, your relationship status should not affect your application to foster.

Absolutely, of course you can. We don’t discriminate against anyone living in rented accommodation, whether it is a private let or a council house.
If I'm in a relationship, can I foster?
Of course you can, this will not affect your application to foster. We will assess your application like any other – on your ability to care for and look after a vulnerable young person.
We want to make a big difference to the lives of children and young people in the south of England. We have been active since 2005 and have dedicated ourselves to servicing the areas of southern England where there is traditionally a shortage of foster carers.
We have recently maintained our “Outstanding” Ofsted rating and are a “Tier One” fostering agency in the Southampton area.
We offer a great allowance, benefits and training and really value every single carer we work with. We would be nowhere without the excellent foster carers in our Southampton team.
So, if you’re based in Southampton and think you would like to join our team then call us on 0845 450 3519 or make an enquiry now.
