I’ve been with Blue Sky since December 2018, having come from managing a Fostering Service for the Local Authority. I am the Area Manager for Portslade and Chatham, so I ensure that we are doing all we can to offer an exceptional service to our carers and children. Seeing the difference even a small conversation can make to the direction a child goes in is something which brings me hope, and gives me confidence that together we can make a change.
